Do you accept my insurance?

Yes! We accept most insurances. See here for those accepted.

How long are the appointments?

The first and second appointments are 30 minutes. The appointments after that are approximately 15 minutes.

Is there paperwork I need to fill out?

Yes, there is paperwork and it typically takes 30 minutes to fill out. Click here to fill it out online.

What are your hours?

Our Chiropractic hours are as follows:
Monday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

What does the first appointment include?

The first appointment includes a full health consultation and exam and your first adjustment.

How much would an appointment cost with my insurance?

Co-pays and deductibles vary, but we are happy to check into your insurance for you.

Can I get adjusted while pregnant?

Yes, prenatal chiropractic care is safe and can help manage pain in your back, hips, and joints during pregnancy.

Can my children get adjusted?

Yes, we do pediatric adjustments. It is important to have children adjusted to allow for their spine and nervous system to grow properly without interference.

Do you do x-rays?

We do not do x-rays in the office and only request them if we deem necessary.

What supplements do you offer?

We carry vitamin D, fish oil, probiotics, and meal replacement shakes.

Can the first appointment be billed through insurance?

No, as it is often times more expensive.

Where are you located?

1000 S Durkin Dr Springfield, IL – directly across the street from Lime Street Cafe on the west side of Springfield.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Your new patient paperwork, if you have a printed copy, your insurance card and photo ID.

What should I expect?

On your initial evaluation you will have a consultation with one of our doctors on your pertinent health conditions and goals, and an examination to determine your neuro spinal health, functional fitness, functional nutrition, and overall general health, plus your first adjustment.

Can I bring my child to my exercise appointments?

We suggest finding someone to watch you child during your exercise appointments, as a gym can be dangerous if a child is unattended.

What is causing my pain?

Many things can be causing your pain, that’s why we are here to help. Our doctors are trained in finding the best way to diagnose and treat your pain.

Do I get charged if I miss my appointment?

No, but we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice.
